2. If applicable, choose the figure you want placed on the top from the Figures Page.
3. If applicable, choose the color scheme for your award.
4. To place an order, use our shopping cart, call our toll free number (800-498-9776), fax us (831-385-1233), or email us at email@example.com. Include your name, shipping address, phone number, and all engraving. We cannot accept any engraving over the phone. Please do not consider your order finalized until you have received a confirmation from us.
5. The minimum order is $20 not including shipping cost.
We offer FREE text engraving on all awards. Logo and artwork charges will still apply.
Engraving of a logo or artwork is very time-consuming. You must provide us with clean, black and white or grayscale, artwork. Our setup fee is a one-time charge of $15.00 with a $7.50 per item charge for engraving.
All engraving is guaranteed to be accurate provided it is sent to us via email or clear readable fax. If we make a mistake in the engraving that is taken by email or fax, we will redo it at no charge to you. If the mistake is yours, we will redo it, however you will be charged for new engraving material as well as the engraving. The engraving charge will be ½ the regular rate. Please do not send your engraving until you have carefully checked the spelling. Engraving taken over the phone is NOT guaranteed to be accurate.
We ship by UPS or Priority Mail unless otherwise requested by the customer. Priority is usually 3 days to you after it leaves our shop. We charge actual shipping charges.
If you are requesting a quote on shipping charges at the beginning of the transaction, we can only give you a rough estimate. We will do our best to quote accurately, however, if the charges are over the amount quoted, the actual charges is what you will be charged.
Delivery of Shipped Items
As with anything, mishaps may occur in transit. Once a package leaves our hands, we have little or no control over the carrier's actions, hence, we do not guarantee delivery. Although very reliable, Priority Mail does not guarantee delivery therefore we cannot. Certain Fed Ex and UPS services do guarantee delivery but we do not guarantee on their behalf. Our only guarantee is that we will do the job on time and get your package shipped on time...the rest is completely up to the carrier. In the event that your order does not arrive to you on time, we do apologize. We will work with you to redo your order however no refunds will be issued as we also have an investment of time and expense. Every effort will be made to recover your shipping costs.
Our standard turnaround time is two weeks. This means your order will be delivered to you within two weeks from the date of your order. If you have a change in your order, the delivery date may also be changed.
On very large orders or special requests, the turnaround time may be more than two weeks. If so, we'll let you know in advance.
We will make every effort to get your order out as quickly as possible.
It is possible to get a rush order on many of our items provided these items are in stock. Keep in mind that when you are requesting a rush order you must be willing to absorb the shipping costs involved, which can get quite costly.
There is a $10.00 rush order fee for any order requested in less than 10 business days. There is a $15.00 rush order fee for any order requested in less than 5 business days.
We do not print catalogs. We believe in having as little overhead as possible while providing you with the best service and prices. All of our products, however, are viewable online. Check out our On-line Catalog to see our current product line.
